Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces of pasta
  • 1/2 cup of plain milk
  • 12 ounces of bacon
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 medium chives or scallion greens
  • 5 heads Bibb lettuce

1To begin with, boil pasta in a large pot. Don’t forget to add a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes until the texture of the pasta become smooth. Drain the pasta after it is done.
