How To Make Easy Hoisin Shrimp

Less than an hour to make this healthy meal.  You can serve it for five people in your dinner time. Why is this food healthy? Because it’s from a fresh shrimp and contain low cholesterol. Now, let’s follow these steps below to create your own dinner meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 lb. shrimp,
  • Salt, and black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

1To start, mix the hoisin sauce with soy sauce and rice vinegar. Combine it in a small bowl. Stir and whisk gently until those ingredients are already combined well. Then set aside. Before you want to cook the shrimp, if you don’t like the hard skin of it, you can remove it first with pull in part of their tail, or you can use a sharp knife.

2After you have already wash the shrimp, put it out on the pepper towel to make it dry. Next, sprinkled all side of them with salt and bit pepper. Set aside and let it rest for 5 minutes. While you are waiting for it, prepare a frying pan with a medium-high heat.

3Add some fresh shrimp that have been done before into a frying pan. Sauté them for around 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked well and have a pink color. Use a spoon or slotted spoon to transfer it to another plate. Repeat this step to cook another shrimp.

4If all those shrimps are already prepared well, then you put all of them in the same frying pan. Sauté it together until 2- 3 minutes with adding some hoisin sauce. If all the ingredients are combining well, you have to prepare a clean plate to put them out. If you like to add some toppings, you can sprinkle the shrimp with some grated mozzarella, sesame seed and green onion with parsley on it. You can also consume them with pasta or brown rice as you like.
