The Raspberry Zinger Energy Balls are perfect to serve for your kids since they look so attractive and taste yummy. It is rich in raspaberry flavor that is combined with coconut and  almond nuts. How to make Raspberry Zinger Energy Balls

In only 30 minutes, you can make around 16 Raspberry Zinger Energy Balls. The ingredients are originally nuts and fruits which are full of fiber and protein. If you never try this recipe before, then you should immediately prepare the ingredients and follow the steps below. It is very easy and quick to do.


  • 250 gr of shredded coconut
  • 100 gr of raspberries
  • 100 gr of almonds
  • 4 dates, with no seeds
  • 50 gr dried cranberries
  • 50 gr almond butter


1To start this recipe, you need to prepare a food processor and put 100 gr of the coconut into it. Next process the coconut until the texture turns to crumb. If it is done, don’t forget to remove the coconut crumbs and place it on a plate. Then, set this aside for a while.

2Next, add the rest of the coconut to the food proccessor along with other ingredients like raspberries, almons, dates, dried cranberries and almond butter. Then, process the ingredients over high speed until they are all completely combined. After processing, you also need to scrape down the sides to get all of the mixture.

3Prepare a baking sheet and cover with  parchment paper on its surface. Then, take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Next, coat the ball with the coconut crumbs. Make sure all sides are coated evenly. After that, put it on the baking sheet.

4Do the step above for the rest of the mixture until you can make around 16 balls. The, arrange them all on top of the baking sheet. After this, you may put it in the refrigerator to chill for around 2 hours. Finally, you can serve and enjoy the Raspberry Zinger Energy Balls.
